Le Dîner en Blanc Nairobi 2019 postponed to 2020
Due to severe weather and high likelihood of thunderstorms and rain in the Nairobi area, we would like to inform you that this year’s Le Dîner en Blanc - Nairobi event set to happen on Saturday, 7th December, has been postponed.
Though Le Dîner en Blanc is a rain or shine event, the past few weeks Nairobi has experienced heavy rain and flooding and there is prediction by the Meteorological Department that it will go on through the weekend which makes it unsafe for an outdoor event. We therefore thought it best to postpone the event until the rain dies down. The safety of all always comes first.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing all of you for a beautiful night under a starry sky. The new date will likely early next year and should be announced shortly.
